Service Description

We are open for clients to come to our offices, however for convenience we are offering online consults! When we receive your request to book a session, we will email you intake forms to fill out and return to us, to evaluate your issues. You will fill them out and return them to us via email or snail mail. ( Please allow a WEEK to receive forms and get them back to us BEFORE the scheduled meeting). Then we will meet one to one online to discuss. We will make recommendations, and, if needed, ship personalized supplementation to you. Supplements not included in consult fee. Payment by credit card!
